The cut-off date for the discounted room rate is also the last day to make
changes to individual reservations without penalty. Alterations to the number
of nights in a reservation must be made no later than May 22, 2025 to avoid penalty. Any stays shortened by any length of time after that cutoff date will be subject to penalty of up to the full amount of original reservation.
